Math is challenging for almost everyone, no matter your age-so it's no wonder so many kids struggle with math. Sometimes it's difficult just to maintain the focus to help your kids with their math homework! It's no surprise that so many people look for ways to make math fun and easy for kids at any age. 1. Know what they're learning. To make math fun for kids at any age you need to understand exactly what they're going through. The easiest way to do that is to learn the math yourself. After all, if you're kids ask you for help and you simply tell them "I was never very good at math," you're not going to be much help. 2. Show them the Shortcuts. As almost any math student will tell you, there's a hard way to do things and an easy way-given the choice who would take the hard way?
