Educational funding plays a critical role in ensuring school enrollment, which leads to graduation and a promising career in your chosen field of study. Typically, students pay for college out-of-pocket and student loans. Students are also awarded financial aid by completing a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). FAFSA helps the federal government determine whether a student is eligible for federal financial assistance by means of subsidized and unsubsidized loans and the Federal Pell Grants. The Pell Grant is awarded to students based on financial need. The Pell Grant is awarded after the Department of Education reviews your FAFSA form.
