Use Dropbox On Your Computer Or Mobile Device

As cloud computing gains traction, services like Dropbox are more popular than ever. Whether you want to use cloud computing as a backup system, to access documents from multiple locations or for sharing large files, Dropbox is a good choice. It is compatible with Windows or Mac and comes in varying storage sizes from 10 to 100 gigabytes. You initially get 10 GB of storage free and can upgrade when needed.

Instructions

1. Visit the Dropbox website and download the software to your computer or mobile device.

2. Select a location on your hard drive to place the "Dropbox Folder."

3. Drag and drop files you want to upload to Dropbox into the new Dropbox folder on your computer. You can also upload files directly to your Dropbox account using the website upload tools. You can now access your Dropbox files from any computer using Dropbox website or installing the software on that specific computer.

4. Access your files on an iPhone or Android device using the mobile Dropbox application. Any adjustments made to Dropbox files will synchronize automatically.
