An oral surgeon is a dentist who has graduated from dental school and completed four years in a hospital residency program training to treat patient's oral problems. These may be complex problems that involve the teeth, mouth, jaw and surrounding area. Oral surgeons may perform complicated extractions, work with joint disorders of the jaw, perform oral surgery and more. Board certification as an oral surgeon involves taking both written and spoken examinations.

1. Visit the Odyssey website, also known as Surgery-Board-Review.com. The website was developed by an oral surgeon to help candidates successfully earn oral surgery board certification.
2. Click on the link "Get Free Exam Questions" at the top of the page, under the Odyssey heading, or click on the direct link in Resources.
3. Complete the fields presented on the page. You will be asked basic information, such as your name, address and age. You will also be asked to provide the name of the medical school you are attending, your training experience, the number of times you have attempted the test and other information.
4. Wait for the oral surgery board certification sample questions. They will arrive in your email within three days.
