Undergraduate College Scholarships And Grants For Women In Computer Technology

Grants and scholarships for women in computer technology are generally available in large amounts.

Grants and scholarships for women in the field of computer technology are awarded at the graduate and undergraduate level. These awards are unified in their intent to encourage young women to pursue careers in science and technology and to diversify the field of computer technology so it is not the lone providence of men. Scholarships reserved for this purpose are awarded by independent foundations and by colleges and universities.

Applicants must be enrolled in computer science or computer engineering programs and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 on a 4-point scale. The award is based on the student's academic record and history of leadership. All scholarship finalists and recipients are invited to attend the Annual Google Scholars' Retreat in Mountain View, California.
