According to the Ohio Board of Regents website, tuition caps are typically established in the biennial operating budget bill and have historically ranged from 3 percent to 12.9 percent. An average of the last couple of years can give a good idea of likely future tuition caps.
4. Determine financial aid available. Financial aid can come in many forms, such as federal loans, state scholarships or grants for specific majors. Tuition costs can be more affordable when financial aid is considered.
