Finding your Loan
1. Log on to the Federal Student Aid website and click on the "My Account" link. Enter in the required information the best you can. Use your Social Security number and the requested personal information to fill out the login information. Enter your PIN if you are in possession of it.
2. Navigate away from the account login page if you are unable to find your PIN. Follow the link that offers to assist you in finding your PIN. Request a duplicate PIN by providing additional personal information as requested.
3. Remember you PIN and return to the initial Federal Student Aid site. Enter your PIN at the bottom of the log-in form along with your personal information. Scroll through the log-in access page and view your personal stafford loan balances.
