Physician Assistant Programs Online

Physician assistants work under the supervision of a doctor or surgeon.

Physician assistants provide health care services under the supervision of a physician or surgeon, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Requirements for licensing vary depending on the state, but, according to the BLS, most physician assistants have at least an associate degree and health care work experience. A number of institutions offer physician assistant degrees through online programs.
