1. Check out Purdue Village: Undergraduate Area. This dormitory is apartment-style and is located on the southwest side of campus. Purdue Village offers residents the chance to live differently than a standard dorm. Residents of this housing option enjoy a recreation room as well as a computer lab and activity area. Each apartment features a large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room that is shared by three students. These apartments measure 486 to 507 square feet and cost $4,040 per semester split three ways.
2. Consider Hillenbrand Hall if you want to live in a dormitory that offers suite-style living for its residents and are above freshman status. Hilenbrand Hall is a co-educational dorm that houses roughly 800 male and female students. Residents of Hillenbrand Hall live in a two-room dorm that is separated by a private bathroom for the suite-mates. Residents of this dorm have to pay for a meal plan so the minimum price per semester for Hillenbrand Hall is $8,694 to $11,492 depending on given rates that semester.
3. Live at Harrison Hall if you are a first-year student that wants to live in a traditional dormitory setting. Rooms at the co-educational Harrison Hall are 11.4' x 16' and are shared by two students. Available in each room are two twin beds, two desks and two closets. Harrison Hall offers a unique community atmosphere as residents of this dormitory often get together for extracurricular activities. Depending on the time of year and type of meal plan you purchase, rates for Harrison Hall are at least $7,428 per semester.
