Cheap Business Colleges

You can save money by attending an inexpensive yet accredited MBA program.

Attending an accredited business school to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree does not have to be expensive. In fact, several schools offer regionally accredited or AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accredited MBA degrees for less than $10,000 per year in annual tuition costs. In some cases, the cost is much less.

Southeast Missouri State University

Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) was ranked as a best buy among online MBA programs by GetEducated.com in 2009. SEMO offers on-campus study in addition to its online MBA program. At a cost of $8,234 for resident students in 2009-2010, SEMO is one of the most affordable high-quality MBA options available (non-resident students pay $14,174 in tuition costs). The school's program is AACSB accredited and offers concentrations in general management, sports management, environmental management, accounting, health administration, financial management, entrepreneurship, international business and industrial management. The school also offers an accelerated MBA program for undergraduates coming out of the SEMO undergraduate business program.

As a private institution, Wayne State charges the same tuition costs for resident and non-resident students alike. At $6,750 per year as of 2009-2010, WSC offers an extremely affordable business degree option for potential business professionals. Students complete a total of 30 credit hours en route to the degree. Core courses include areas of study such as managerial economics, financial administration, administrative policy, managerial ommunications and decision science.
